As we look ahead to 2023 and the prospect of further growth and new milestones achieved, we’ve taken a moment to look back at 2022 and celebrate what has undoubtedly been a monumental period for New Motion Labs.
As the first company to reengineer the drivetrain for a century, we’ve successfully disrupted the eMobility and performance cycling sector with our revolutionary, patented Enduo™ technology. We’ve signed two major licensing deals, partnerships with the three leading wholesalers in the Benelux region, a national cycle team and supply contracts for the world’s largest OEMs.
As if that wasn’t triumph enough, we’ve opened a new office in Monchengladbach in Germany to accommodate our growing workforce and appointed seven new members to our incredibly talented team. Our sales team has been justifiably proud to exhibit across Europe, complete our first trade mission to the US and achieved over 400 client interactions and exciting demos. The welcomes have been warm and we know the relationships we’ve forged will be long lasting and fruitful for us all.
We’re realising our mission
‘2022 has been a phenomenal year for us,’ says Steven Senior, New Motion Labs CEO. ‘We set out to show we’d created real innovation for the drivetrain industry and, through relentless testing, we and our customers have proved that Enduo™ lasts 3.5 times longer than any other chain drive. The added benefit is that everyone can now save money thanks to Enduo’s radically low total cost of ownership.’
‘Above all, we’re realising our mission to become a powerful force in the sustainability journey that eMobility, last mile delivery and our wider industry is so inextricably linked. Our new strapline reflects this vision perfectly.’
As we approach 2023, we’d like to thank everyone who has supported New Motion Labs, including our hardworking team, our Board, our unwavering investors and the new partners and customers who share our vision and have joined our journey.
